Tomato Vinegar
What makes Umami tomato vinegar special?
Tomato vinegar is obtained from the careful acidification of the juice of fresh and ripe tomatoes. Only and exclusively Italian tomatoes are used from Piemonte region.
This is a condiment with particularly fruity notes, with an aftertaste of tomato confit that finds its place in all Mediterranean cuisines, combined with meat, fish and rich summer salads.
