What makes Antico Genovese unique? The recipe created by Roberto Panizza has as its main ingredient a Genovese PDO basil, sourced from farmers in the Prà area. It is a peculiar variety of basil, called Genovese Storico. Its aroma notes can not be found in any other basil, and therefore in no other Pesto.

Extra virgin olive oil, Genoese basil DOP 14.9%, Parmigiano Reggiano DOP (milk, salt, rennet), pine nuts, vegetable fibre, Trapani salt IGP, vessalico garlic, acidity regulator: citric acid; antioxidant: ascorbic acid; natural flavors.
