Flower Caper of Pantelleria
The most fragrant and precious flower of Sicily: the caper of Pantelleria, harvested and salted according to the ancient traditions of the island.
The cucunci are the fruits of the caper plant, well selected only in medium grades to keep the right consistency and good looks.
Even if they have no stem, these fruits are ideal for aperitifs or for seasoning and garnishing salads, fish dishes and red or white meat.
