MICU 1906 - The Dedicated Oil
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Grand Cru - Limited Edition
For the Fazari family, the name Micu holds high sentimental value, being characterizing and historic, as it was the name of Domenico Fazari, born in 1906, a breeder and farmer, father of 10 children, who founded the olive-growing company in 1940, which in 1992 would lead to the establishment of the Olearia San Giorgio by the Fazari brothers. To remember him, starting from the 2017 olive oil campaign, the family business wanted to dedicate a top-of-the-range oil in an elegant package to him. It was thus named MICU 1906, after the family patriarch and the year he was born, producing a limited edition of 1906 bottles. MICU 1906 is a blend with medium fruity made of 70% Ottobratica variety olives and 30% Cassanese.
