Extra Virgin Olive Oli Monocultivar
The Majatica oil produced by HQF is a monocultivar extra virgin oil, obtained from the milling of a single type of olive: the Majatica di Ferrandina. The transformation process is carried out with the traditional method cold, in order to keep the characteristics of the product unaltered.
The oil is characterized by a light fruity taste with an aftertaste of herbs and tomato, almost neither bitter nor spicy.
