Our pasta comes from the Mills Valley in Gragnano, where water and extraordinary raw materials have, for over centuries, given birth to one our excellences which has received awards all over the world, the bespoke “Gold of Gragnano”. The use of machines made of pure bronze, according to the “gragnanese”traditions, confers the necessary wrinkly nests to catch sauces and seasonings, the drying process at last never goes over 45° C in static cells for 48 hours or longer. Care and passion with which all the phases of the process are respected allow to abtain a product unique in its genre.
