From the selection of the best raw materials and from a long manufacturing process that involves four workings of the dough and three stages of fermentation, chocolate Panettone is born, the glorious version of the traditional Christmas leavened product. Mother yeast from the fermentation of grapes from the Casadonna vineyard, organic soft wheat flour, free-range egg yolk, organic Bourbon vanilla pods, dairy butter, citrus honey, fine single-origin Tanzanian chocolate flakes, peel orange juice cut, processed and candied by hand to preserve the personality, aromas, structure, flavor and organoleptic properties of the fruit. Contains no preservatives.
Store in a cool, dry place. Method of consumption: to fully enjoy the flavors and aromas, it is recommended to serve the panettone at a temperature of around 26/28°C.
