Niko Romito Classic Panettone with hand-candied organic orange peel and sultanas.
Obtained from a long manufacturing process that involves four workings of the dough and three stages of fermentation, the classic Panettone comes from the selection of the best raw materials: mother yeast from the fermentation of the Casadonna vineyard grapes, organic soft wheat flour, egg yolk Free-range egg, organically grown Bourbon vanilla pods, dairy butter, citrus honey, raisins, artisanal orange peel and an emulsion of Sicilian organic almonds that replaces part of the butter and makes the Panettone lighter and digestible. Creamy, honeycomb and soft paste, balanced sweetness, does not contain preservatives.
Store in a cool, dry place. Method of consumption: to fully enjoy the flavors and aromas, it is recommended to serve the panettone at a temperature of around 26/28°C.
