The ASPROMONTANO
SAN GiORGiO Extra Virgin Olive Oil
This oil originates from the company's olive groves located in the municipalities of San Giorgio Morgeto and Cittanova, which are part of the Aspromonte National Park.
It is a well-crafted blend of three excellent olive varieties: Ottobratica, Carolea, and to a lesser extent, Sinopolese, revealing high versatility.
In the kitchen, it adds flavor and taste to meat and fish dishes, enhances salads, and excellently substitutes butter in the preparation of sweets and baked goods, with surprising results in digestibility and taste. The Aspromontano is rich in natural antioxidants that enhance its health benefits. The numerous awards it has received make it the flagship product of Olearia San Giorgio.
