Tuscan Cream
Born from a careful selection of raw materials, directly supervised by Cecilia Rabassi, the world's first female maître chocolatier, Tutù is a delicate chocolate and hazelnut cream made with Tonda Gentile Trilobata hazelnuts.
Velvety on the palate, it offers a persistent taste that conquers with every bite. Each mouthful is a journey through artisanal perfection, where quality and elegance blend with taste, harmony, and a strong chocolate aroma.
Tutù is a cream naturally free of vegetable fats and hydrogenated fats, made with only three ingredients. The cocoa is a raw material selected at the source by Cecilia Rabassi, working closely with producers in the cocoa plantations; the Tonda Gentile Trilobata hazelnut is an IGP variety produced in Basso Piemonte and toasted artisanally in the laboratory; and finally, the refined cane sugar, achieving the right balance of consistency and flavor.
